Artist Bio: Joe Barker an artist for over 40 years, currently resides and works in the greater Philadelphia region. Art has changed and propelled his life. Joe was once homeless, living and painting on the streets of Philadelphia and has grown to become a well-known and published artist. Joe specializes in Water Color Paintings, Oil Paintings, Murals and Acrylics.

Shipping + Taxes:  Complimentary local pick-up is available in Bryn Mawr and New Hope, PA.  Buyer is required to pay the state sales tax if residing in PA. Cost will be added to list price + shipping.
